1. Mazi Jonathan Ikeobi Nsofor (FCA, MBA)
Mazi Jonathan Nsofor is a seasoned financial and management consultant with over 26 years of post-qualifications professional experience. In this capacity, he is the pillar sourcing and coordinating the firm into services of Accounting; Auditing; Investigation; Tax & Information Technology; Management consulting; Corporate governance and advisory services; Receivership, and Liquidation.
Prior to his leadership as the Managing Partner of Joe Nsofor & Co., he was the Financial Controller of Ontario Oil & Gas Limited; Executive Director of Finance and Administration of Quintessentially Nigeria Limited, a known corporate leader in the Life Style Management industry; as well as the AGM, Finance and Administration in Cledop West Africa Limited – a notable drilling fluids giant in the Oil and Gas service industry. He has at different other times occupied the positions of the Management Accountant for O.I.L. Nigeria Limited; Revenue Accountant for Tidex Nigeria Limited; Finance Manager for Starzs Investments Company Limited; and Executive Director-Finance for Lonestar Drilling Nigeria Limited.
He is a fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA)

Mazi Nsofor’s core areas of expertise are in Business corporate governance; and restructure, insolvency and reconstruction, budgeting and internal controls, and corporate financing.
